Activist Judges Freeing Muslim Child-Rapists In Europe

‘He didn’t know the boy didn’t want to be raped’ court throws out migrant child sex charge: An Iraqi asylum seeker who confessed to anally raping a 10-year-old boy in an Austrian  swimming pool, claiming it was a "sexual emergency", has had his conviction overturned.

In a truly shocking twist the Suptreme Court decided the grown Iraqi man may not have realised the 10-year-old Austrian boy did not want to be sexually abused by him. Amir A, 20, was visiting the Theresienbad pool in the Austrian capital of Vienna last December as part of a trip to encourage integration. When the youngster went to the showers, Amir A. allegedly followed him, pushed him into a toilet cubicle, and violently sexually assaulted him.

Following the attack, the accused rapist returned to the pool and was practising on the diving board when police arrived, after the 10-year-old raised the alarm with the lifeguard. The child suffered severe anal injuries which had to be treated at a local children's hospital, and is still plagued by serious post-traumatic stress disorder.

In a police interview, Amir A. confessed to the crime; telling officers the incident had been "a sexual emergency", as his wife had remained in Iraq and he "had not had sex in four months". The case sparked outrage across Europe and played a part in the rise of anti-immigration groups.

A court found Amir guilty of serious sexual assault and rape of a minor, and sentenced him to six years in jail. However, in a bizarre twist, the Supreme Court yesterday overturned the conviction, accepting the defence lawyer's claim that the original court had not done enough to ascertain whether or not the rapist realised the child was saying no.

According to the Supreme Court President Thomas Philipp, while the verdict was "watertight" with regard to the serious sexual assault of a minor, there was not enough evidence to support the second charge of rape.

The appeal court said the initial ruling should have dealt with whether the offender thought that the 12-yr-old victim had agreed with the sexual act, or whether he had intended to act against his will. The sentence was therefore lifted, although Amir is expected to remain in custody until the rape case returns to the regional court next year.

Muslim avoids jail for annually raping teen because he “couldn’t understand no”:  A Swedish Court also claimed forced anal sex wasn't rape. Despite his 14-year-old victim repeatedly saying “no,” a Muslim migrant won’t face rape charges because the court claimed he had “difficulties in interpreting” the word “no.”

The Hovrätten (royal court) of Western Sweden said the Iraqi, who had former convictions, had “suspected ADHD,” which, according to the court, gave him “difficulties in interpreting and interacting with other people as well as recognizing the standards he is expected to live up to.”

This despite video evidence of the girl resisting and repeatedly saying “no” during the sexual assault – and despite evidence indicating the girl was blackmailed by the migrant who reportedly threatened to harass her family. The court sided with the migrant even further by suggesting the girl’s repeated “no” only pertained to forced anal sex, which the judges somehow did not consider rape.

“Abdul will instead be sentenced for protection and will be included in the Freedom Relation and Relationship Program ROS, instead pay 60,000 SEK [roughly $6,650 US dollars] to the girl in compensation,” reported Swedish media, who also said Abdul is still a citizen of Iraq. The incident occurred on Oct. 4, 2016 in Gothenburg at Abdul’s own apartment, but it wasn’t reported how the girl got there in the first place.

Another Muslim migrant charged with rape in Sweden two months ago was similarly slapped on the wrist by the court after anally raping a 13-year-old girl. The Syrian migrant was only sentenced to two months in jail and ordered to pay the equivalent of $2800 to the victim.

He received a light sentence partially because the court accepted his “Syrian papers” claiming he was a minor despite Swedish paperwork stating otherwise. “The then-17-year-old man, who since turned 18, pulled a 13-year-old girl on one of the school’s toilets, locked the door and then raped her,” reported the Swedish newspaper Expressen.

“During the trial, the convicted rapist’s age has been a major issue. His personal shows that he was born in 1998, and was 18 years old when the crimes were committed, but by his own admission he was born in 1999.”

Germany Sentences Refugee to 11 Years in Prison for Attack on and Rape of Chinese Students: That is the pressure from China causes activist German judges to do what they normally refuse to do against Muslim Child-rapists.

For justice to be done in Germany, the intervention of a world power is required. A Muslim invader (code name “refugee”) sexually assaulted two Chinese female students in Bochum. That was last year. The incident had wide media exposure among the 1.6 billion people of China.

It is known that Chinese diplomats personally intervened to demand a severe punishment. And that happened. This is indirect proof that our system of justice is not independent, but directed from “above.”

We may be sure that if the victim of this Muslim invader had been a German woman, he would have gotten off with a light sentence. Examples of this can be found by the hundreds. Only the fear of international loss of face caused this stern and just sentence against the rapist.

Germany apparently feared that its image would suffer among one-quarter of the world’s population. That alone was the cause for a comparatively just sentence. On the occasion of German state visits to China, the precarious condition of human rights there is routinely noted.

In the future, German politicians can save themselves the trouble of these remarks. Now the Chinese know very well how basic rights in Germany are: not much better than in China. It’s a sad day when pressure from Chinese Communists leads to the CORRECT thing being done.

Conclusion: it’s safer to be Chinese in Germany than to be German. I’ll bet that rape doesn’t go over too well in China, presumably unless the rapist is connected with the Communist Party. This is sick. It’s beyond the pale.

The offender, identified as Ziyad K., 32, sexually attacked his victims, aged 22 and 28, in August and November 2016, not far from the famous Ruhr-University Bochum, one of the largest universities in Germany.

In August, he choked his victim with a shoelace and hit her over the head with a stick, the court revealed. The victim “could have died at any moment” because of choking during the incident, the judge said, as reported by Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung (WAZ). The second victim was also “brutally raped,” the court said, without giving any details. Both victims survived the attacks but had to deal with long-lasting posttraumatic effects.

“I thought, I would certainly die,” the victim told the court, as cited by Die Welt. The Chinese student explained at court how on her way back from a supermarket she was grabbed from behind by the perpetrator who held her in a stranglehold and dragged her into a patch of forest. She said: “He took a noose and pulled it around my neck. Then he took a branch and hit my backside. I became dizzy, I saw black.”

With a firm voice she told that the perpetrator pushed his hairy hand into her trousers and raped her a few moments later. In the meantime, he had tightened the noose so tightly around her neck that she could barely breathe. She said: “At that moment, I thought I was only 21 years old and had to die far from home.”

Police were able to collect the offender’s DNA at both crime scenes, eventually clearly linking Ziyad K to the attacks. They also produced a facial composite of the attacker on the basis of the victims’ testimonies.

The offender was only arrested, however, after one of the victim’s fellow students took a photo of him sitting in the bushes not far from the university. The man remained silent throughout the investigation and admitted his guilt only six days ago, after the investigators had already collected extensive evidence proving it, German media report.

According to the regional chief prosecutor, Andreas Bachmann, the offender “has never demonstrated any signs of remorse” and never felt sorry for his victims, WAZ reports. A psychology expert, Dr. Maren Losch, confirmed that the offender is “fully mentally competent” as he has a “normal psychological profile” and does not suffer from any mental disorders.

She also said that the offender was fully aware of his actions during the incidents and knew they were a crime. The offender refused to make a statement before being sent to prison. Ziyad K. came to Germany with his wife and two children in January 2016, and has lived in a refugee center not far from the university with his family ever since. According to WAZ, he was the son of an Iraqi police officer.
